DH80 Daewoo Doosan Excavator Clean Valve - Reliable Quality

The Doosan DH80 excavator cleaning valve is an important component in the hydraulic system. Its main function is to filter and clean impurities in the hydraulic oil, preventing them from entering other critical components of the hydraulic system and ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic system and the working efficiency of the excavator.

Working Principle
The cleaning valve usually contains a filter element inside. When the hydraulic oil flows through the cleaning valve, impurities are intercepted and retained in the valve by the filter element, while the clean hydraulic oil continues to flow to other parts of the system. Some cleaning valves may also have a bypass function. When the filter element is clogged and the pressure difference becomes too large, the bypass valve will open to ensure that the hydraulic system still has sufficient oil supply and avoid system failure due to clogging of the filter element.

Maintenance Points
Regular cleaning: Clean the cleaning valve at regular intervals, either after a certain working time or as recommended by the equipment manufacturer. During cleaning, the cleaning valve needs to be removed from the hydraulic system, and special cleaning solvents and tools should be used to thoroughly remove impurities and dirt from the valve. Then, use clean compressed air to dry it before reinstalling it into the system.
Check the filter element: Regularly inspect the condition of the filter element. If it is found to be damaged, deformed, or severely clogged, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Generally, the service life of the filter element is about 500 to 1000 hours, but the specific time may also be affected by factors such as the working environment and the quality of the hydraulic oil.
Change the hydraulic oil: Regularly changing the hydraulic oil is also an important measure to keep the cleaning valve working properly. New hydraulic oil can reduce the generation and accumulation of impurities and also provide a better working environment for the cleaning valve. It is generally recommended to change the hydraulic oil every 2000 hours or so.

Troubleshooting
Cleaning valve clogging: If the cleaning valve is clogged, it will cause a reduction in the flow of hydraulic oil, affecting the working speed and power of the excavator. At this time, the cleaning valve needs to be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner.
Cleaning valve leakage: This may be caused by damaged seals or wear on the inner wall of the valve body. Leakage will cause a drop in the pressure of the hydraulic system and affect the normal operation of the excavator. Check the condition of the seals and the wear on the valve body. If there is any damage, replace them in a timely manner.
Cleaning valve spool jamming: Due to impurities entering or poor lubrication, the spool may become jammed, causing the cleaning valve to fail to work properly. Clean the spool and valve hole, and check the lubrication. Add lubricating oil if necessary.
